Eric Reiner

Eric Reiner is a Managing Director in Risk Control at UBS, where his remit includes the bank’s firm-wide risk appetite framework as well as co-ordination of annual business planning across risk, oversight of investment risks, and risk education.  In previous roles at UBS, he has led teams responsible for all aspects of equities trading risk systems and all equities risk & derivative quantitative modeling globally.  He is also a lecturer in the MFE program at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.  He holds a Ph.D. from the University of California and received his undergraduate training at M.I.T.
